Custom Apparel Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Apparel Colors & Product Photos

All custom apparel will be printed and pressed on the garment color shown in the product listing photos unless otherwise requested by the customer.

If you choose a different apparel style, size, or garment option than the one pictured, your item will be produced in the same color as the original product listing photo unless you communicate a different preference.

Please note that apparel colors may vary slightly between brands, styles, and manufacturers. Although we do our best to provide accurate product photos and color representations, the actual garment color may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen. Color variations between different apparel brands and styles are not considered defects.

Custom Requests & Special Instructions

We are happy to accommodate requests for different apparel colors, sizes, styles, or other customization preferences whenever possible!

If you would like to make any changes to the item shown in the listing, you MUST communicate your request before your order is shipped.

Special requests can be submitted through:

• The Special Instructions box during checkout.
• Email.
• Direct message through Instagram.

Please make sure all requested changes are clearly communicated. If no special instructions or requests are received, we will proceed with printing, pressing, and shipping your order exactly as selected at checkout and according to the product listing photos.

Customer Approval & Order Fulfillment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product listing, selected your desired options, and understand that your apparel will be made according to the selections submitted at checkout unless additional instructions have been communicated before shipment.

Once your order has been printed and pressed, changes may no longer be possible.

Thank you for supporting our small business and allowing us to create something special for you!
